1. Refunds:

Due to the digital nature of the Courses, we generally do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased after a certain time duration. However, we understand that certain situations may arise like if you don’t like our course content, all our courses have a 7-day refund policy, from date of purchase. At any point within these 7 days, write to siddanth.adiga@gmail.com to claim a refund.

Any exceptions will be at the sole discretion of Siddanthadiga.com. Once processed, the money will be returned to your original payment mode within 3-5 business working days.

If you encounter technical issues or challenges accessing the course, please reach out to our support team within 7-days of your purchase at siddanth.adiga@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve any problems and may offer a refund or alternative resolution at our discretion.

2. Course Cancellations

Since access to the course content is granted immediately upon successful payment, cancellations are not typically allowed. However, in special circumstances, we may consider cancellation requests within 7 days of purchase, especially if access to the course has not yet been granted. Also, If you wish to cancel your course enrollment, you must submit a cancellation request within 7 days of purchase or before accessing more than 20% of the course content, whichever comes first.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refunds:

If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content, you are eligible for a full refund.

If there are technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve them within 7 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Partial Refunds: If you have accessed between 20% and 50% of the course content within 7 days of purchase, you may be eligible for a 50% refund, subject to review.

No Refunds:

No refunds will be issued after 8 days from the date of purchase or if more than 50% of the course content has been accessed, whichever comes first. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you find the course unsuitable for your skill level after the 7-day cancellation period.

3. Exceptions to Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds or cancellations may be offered in the following cases:

Technical Difficulties: If you experience issues that prevent you from accessing the course material and we are unable to resolve them.

Course Misrepresentation: If the course content or features significantly differ from what was advertised on our website.

All exceptions are at the sole discretion of Siddanthadiga.com, and we reserve the right to deny any refund or cancellation request.
